To take part, you need to be able to give read access to your work email and calendar, and to receive card or bank export files. Working with a 세무사 is a plus, not a requirement.

The 8 weeks

  1. Before week 1

    Intro call. We agree in writing which sources the agents may read and what they may draft, and set up your isolated workspace.

  2. Week 1

    Read-only connections to mail, calendar and export files. Together we list your recurring admin tasks and deadlines.

  3. Week 2

    The daily briefing and open-items ledger start. The first approval requests arrive in chat.

  4. Weeks 3–4

    Ledger merge and reconciliation, and a tax-deadline calendar tailored to your business type.

  5. Weeks 5–6

    Drafts and approvals in daily use. We try a first month-end summary together.

  6. Week 7

    Review: what the agents caught, missed or got wrong, and the rule changes that follow.

  7. Week 8

    Wrap-up. You keep your deadline ledger and summaries. You decide whether to continue; if not, we delete your data.

What we ask in return

  • Permission to share anonymized lessons on our blog: never your name, amounts or details, and only with your OK

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise

  • Nothing leaves your company without your approval.
  • We tell you what the agents can see.
  • We delete your data when you ask.

We don't promise

  • A finished product. It is a pilot, so expect rough edges.
  • Tax, legal or labor work. The agents do not file taxes or give tax, legal or labor advice; that stays with you and your licensed professionals.
