Live in pilot

These five run every day in our private pilot on our own business. You talk to the executive assistant, and it hands work to the others.

Executive assistant

Live in pilot

총괄 비서

The agent you talk to. It reads what comes in, keeps one list of everything still open, and coordinates the other agents.

What it does

  • Reads, searches and summarizes mail and text-message notices
  • Writes a daily briefing: what came in, what is due, what needs a decision
  • Keeps the open-items ledger, which brings each deadline back until it is closed
  • Checks the calendar and drafts events and replies
  • Hands tasks to the other agents and collects their results

What it does not do

  • Send from your main mailbox (that connection is read-only)
  • Accept, decline or book anything on its own
  • Treat instructions found inside an email or web page as orders

Needs your approval

  • Sending any email or message (from a separate work account)
  • Calendar invitations that involve other people
  • Deleting or archiving anything

Connects to

  • Email (read-only), calendar, shared drive
  • A chat channel for briefings and approval buttons

Bookkeeping support: ledger & reconciliation

Live in pilot

경리·회계 자료 정리

Keeps your own records in order, so you always know where the money stands and your 세무사 gets clean material instead of a shoebox.

Running in our pilot

  • Merges card and bank export files into one ledger as they arrive
  • Cross-checks card approval and billing texts against the ledger
  • Flags a stale ledger and stops judging until it is refreshed
  • Tracks per-card spending targets and benefit conditions
  • Turns renewal, price-change and settlement dates into reminders

Planned (not running yet)

  • Category suggestions (business or personal, expense type) for you to confirm
  • A missing-receipt list and request-email drafts
  • Tax invoices matched against bank deposits, with a mismatch list
  • A one-page month-end summary and cash-flow outlook

What it does not do

  • Move money: no payments, transfers or cancellations
  • Keep the books for tax filing (장부 작성). That is your 세무사's work.
  • Decide what is deductible or business-related
  • Log in to your bank or card company

Needs your approval

  • Any payment, transfer or cancellation (you carry it out)
  • Emails to suppliers or customers
  • The final category of an ambiguous transaction

Connects to

  • Export files you already receive from your bank, card company or finance app (not direct bank APIs)
  • Card notification texts
  • A spreadsheet you can see

Open banking and MyData connections are planned and depend on licensing.

Tax deadlines & document prep

Live in pilot

세무 일정·자료 준비

Makes sure no Korean filing date surprises you and that your tax accountant has what they need, early. It reads the law from the official source, never from memory.

Running in our pilot

  • A filing calendar with reminders before each deadline
  • Rules and dates checked against the statute text and article-level effective dates, through the Korean government's official law database (국가법령정보 Open API)
  • Tax invoices matched against refunds actually received in the ledger, to spot periods not yet filed

Planned (not running yet)

  • A document package for your 세무사 (spreadsheet and PDF)
  • A "Questions for my 세무사" list before each filing season
  • Upload of Hometax files you download yourself
  • An email draft to your accountant's office (sent after approval)

What it does not do

  • Prepare or file tax returns, or file on your behalf
  • Tax adjustment (세무조정) or keeping books for filing
  • Tax advice on your individual situation, or tax-saving advice. It links the official text and puts the question on your 세무사 list.
  • Log in to Hometax or hold your certificate
  • Pay taxes

Needs your approval

  • Sending any document to your accountant
  • Everything else stays yours: whether you file yourself or through your 세무사, the final review and the payment

Korean filing dates the agent tracks

General reference for sole proprietors and December-year-end corporations, checked against the statute text on . If a deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it moves to the next business day (국세기본법 §5①). For example, 25 October 2026 is a Sunday, so that deadline is 26 October 2026. Which items apply to you is a question for your 세무사.
