개인정보처리방침
영문본과 내용이 다르면 한국어본이 우선합니다. 이 방침은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 한국어로 제공하며 영문 전문(English)은 아래에 함께 싣습니다.
포광(대표 정종우, 사업자등록번호 592-22-01378, 이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 원활하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 8일.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목
- 이메일 문의·시범 운영 신청 시: 이메일 주소, 이름, 그리고 이용자가 직접 적어 보낸 내용(회사명, 개인/법인 구분, 업종, 인원, 사용 도구, 문의 내용 등). 주민등록번호·계좌번호·카드번호·재무 서류는 보내지 마십시오.
- 웹사이트 이용 시: 웹 서버 접속 기록(IP 주소, 접속 일시, 요청 페이지, 브라우저 정보)이 자동으로 남을 수 있습니다. 이 사이트는 쿠키·분석 도구·추적 스크립트를 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 처리 목적
문의 답변, 시범 운영 참여자 검토·선정, 웹사이트 운영과 보안. 광고에 쓰거나 판매하지 않으며, 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 문의·신청 메일: 마지막 연락일로부터 1년 후 파기. 요청 시 즉시 파기.
- 접속 기록: 운영·보안에 필요한 기간, 최대 1년.
- 시범 운영 참여 시 에이전트가 접근할 정보의 범위는 연결 전에 별도 서면으로 합의합니다.

이전 시기·방법: 메일 수신 및 처리 시 네트워크를 통해 전송. 보유 기간: 위 3항과 같음. AI 도구로 처리되는 것을 원하지 않으면 메일에 적어 주십시오. 사람이 직접 처리합니다. 국외 이전을 거부할 경우 이메일 대신 다른 연락 방법을 협의합니다.
5. 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간이 끝나거나 삭제 요청을 받으면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄합니다.
6. 정보주체의 권리
정보주체는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, [email protected]으로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
접근 권한을 대표와 대표가 운영하는 에이전트 계정으로 제한합니다. 카드번호·계좌번호·인증번호는 메모나 메시지에 옮겨 적지 않습니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침을 변경하면 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 신청 폼 등 새로운 수집 방식을 도입하는 경우 먼저 이 방침을 개정합니다.
영문 전문 (English)
This policy explains how Pogwang handles personal information on this website (ofjwc.com) and when you contact us by email, including pilot applications. We collect very little: this site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics or tracking scripts. The Korean version below is provided in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법); if the two differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. What we collect
- When you email us (for example, a pilot application to [email protected]): your email address and name, and anything you choose to include — such as company name, business type, industry, team size, the tools you use and your message. Please do not send resident registration numbers, account or card numbers, or financial documents.
- When you visit the site: the web server may automatically record standard access logs (IP address, time of access, page requested, browser type).
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and to review and select pilot participants.
- Access logs: to operate the website and keep it secure.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not provide it to third parties except where required by law.
3. How long we keep it
- Inquiry and application emails: until one year after our last exchange with you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
- Access logs: no longer than necessary for operation and security, at most one year.
- If you join the pilot, the data the agents may access is agreed with you separately, in writing, before anything is connected.
4. Service providers and transfers abroad
We use the following providers to run our email and internal work tools. Information is transmitted over the network when you email us or when we process that email, and is kept for the period in section 3.

If you do not want your email processed by AI tools, say so in your email and we will handle it manually.
5. Deletion
When the retention period ends or you ask us to delete your information, we permanently delete electronic records so that they cannot be restored, and destroy any paper records.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond without undue delay.
7. How we protect it
Access is limited to the founder and the agent accounts the founder operates. Our agents do not copy card numbers, account numbers or verification codes into notes or messages. See Security & data.
